Acer switch alpha 12

i have recently bought an Acer Alpha switch 12. Based on the reviews it states a back light key board. My keyboard does not light up at all. On the videos uploaded in youtube, the keyboard lights up once connected to the screen. Nothing happens on mine. Can someone please help

- i have been looking at reviews posted on youtube as well in some other review sites - it shows photo of a backlit keyboard as well it is mentioned in print on the reviews. this pertains to the model i have. is there any further help. thanks anyway for your effort.
