Solved! acer wont let me access start up boot menu

Tapping f2 or f8,f9,f10 ect at powering up as required, triggers a full volume 5 quick beep sequence.?
At the time it should be showing the boot menu, then continues as if no interruption exists through to log in page...
Help wanted to gain access to the start up boot system menu please.

You may be hitting the F2 key too soon or too late, F2 should be the right key. The Beeping at start sounds like it's complaining about a key being pressed in during boot. Can also try Del, on some older systems that may work. If not, check with Acer support.
