acrobat display problem

hello guys,
when i open any pdf, acrobat opens it minimized and i have to go full screen to get it to normal workspace.
i think that happened after i used the monitor with my laptop. now when i use the monitor with desktop pc it display like this.

I'm a bit lost of what situation. Do you use a secondary monitor with your laptop? Resolution shouldn't matter though. And this is EVERY pdf file, correct?

i have a laptop and a desktop computer, i used the monitor as a second display for my laptop.
that is happening when i open a pdf on my desktop computer

yes i used my desktop monitor as a secondary monitor for my laptop
yes it happens with every pdf file

If you click the full screen view option, then exit the program, then open it again, it reverts back to the same view? Is there a default view option in the program?

i tried go full screen then exit, didn't change anything.
i tried everything possible like the software preferences "restore last view" even reinstall and program repairs and registry delete
nothing fixed it.
i have to open each file then go full screen close then open to get it right. but with new files it opens minimized like in the screenshot.
