So you want to be able to insert the sd card from your phone and have the computer sync it automatically as if it were the phone? I don't think it's possible, as the computer would just recognize it as a standard sd card. You'd still need the phone attached in order for the PC to figure it out.

so is that the only way each time to work with office excel files between pda`s and pc`s is to take the card out each time

No, you'd have to keep the sd card in in order to sync up your excel files between your phone and PC.
