Hello,
I am running WinXP Pro/Service Pack 2 with MS Outlook 2003 and ActiveSync 3.7.
I have had my Asus MyPal 716 for over 6 months without a problem, until now. I have not installed any software recently, or made any changes to the computer.
Out of no where, I no longer can sync calendar, contacts or tasks. I get an 'Attention Required' note, and when trying to resolve the items, 'Items on your device cannot be synchronized. Disconnect
and reconnect your device....." Inbox will sync.
I have checked ActiveSync settings on both the device and desktop (no server items checked), rebooted both machines, tried again with no luck. I have done a hard boot, reinstalled ActiveSync,
checked settings, tried again with the same error message.
I am pulling what I have left of my hair out. I depend on this device, and feel lost.
Any help would be appreciated. Please respond via this newsgroup.
