Add audio to hdmi cable

I want to add audio from a RCA jack into a HDMI cable that goes to a splitter that drives three TVs. How?

HDMI carries an audio signal natively. There is no need to add an analog audio connection.

I know HMDI normally has the audio, but in this case the equipment does not supply audio. Any ideas on how to add it?

You're going to have to explain what equipment you're using and what you're trying to accomplish.

A Swann DVR which has HDMI out, but without audio. Want to add audio to the video so can send HDMI to TV.

Doesn't make sense to me why Swann would set up a DVR like that, but whatever. Since you say the DVR has an HDMI output, I'd assume it also has a VGA output? If so, then something like this should do what you're looking for.
