I am a complete noob so I hope I can explain myself:

Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 7586 comes with two versions.
1. One with Intel® UHD Graphics 620 with shared graphics memory

2. The other with discrete GPU NVIDIA® GeForce® MX150 with 2GB GDDR5 graphics memory

I bought the first one a few months ago and now I was regretting not getting the version with the discrete graphics card.
Since they share the same motherboard, I was wondering if it is possible to add the discrete GPU NVIDIA® GeForce® MX150 with 2GB GDDR5 graphics memory to the first laptop which already came with integrated Intel graphics?

Dell 7586 manual lists both of them https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/inspiron-15-7586-2-in-1-laptop_owners-manual_en-us.pdf
it says it has upto 3 PCI slots? (I am not sure about this one)

So is it possible to add the GPU in 2nd version onto the 1st version?
