I'm planning to buy a refurbished Lenovo T420 for under 200 GBP.
Its specs are: 14" Lenovo Thinkpad T420, Core i5-2520m, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, Windows 7 Pro, New Battery. My question is:
1) Whether these machines can run Windows 10 smoothly &
2) Does it make sense to purchase a refurbished machine esp this brand? I've had good experiences with a previous X210 so, I'm wondering if it makes sense to go in for this machine?
The things I like about the Thinkpad are its- -ruggedness
-good battery life
-Ports
-non-chicklet type keyboard
I'm just worried that its OS is Windows 7 which is no longer supported by Microsoft and since I would need to run applications like Office 360 which are designed to work with Win 8+ onwards?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thank you.
