the charger and battery light s are on with no blinking.. i rebooted the laptop and then a system overload happened and now it will not power on
after a system overload my 2011 toshiba laptop will not power on

What do you mean by "system overload", what was the exact message or exactly what happened? Could be a dead motherboard, bad battery, bad charger.
