After i entered a site with in 10 sec.the windows shut down automatically,how to fix this problem please.

I opened google chrome after 10 seconds its automatically back to normal screen

Reinstall Google chrome? Try it with this -> https/geekuninstaller.com/download (portable).
Run it and select Google chrome and uninstall it and after it uninstall it will scan for aditional folder and select finish.

And then reinstall Google chrome.

He means that if he opens Google chrome that chrome closes itself after 10 sec.
