Airis laptop won't open

Hello.I just got a Airis laptop ( or netbook ), one of those small ones, model Kira N7000 and it won t open
It looks like this and it won't do anything. It s just staying like that. Any ideas on what i should do ?

.... is that thing even real? I thought that company went bankrupt during the netbook crash? well i think the age and quality of the device are the biggest obstacles for it in terms of it working... at all
