Alienware M17x start-up/boot-up issues...

My alienware m17x recently decided to quit working for me here. The scroll and number lock lights are constant lit and the caps lock light is blinking when I go to power on the system. This all happened after it pulled in an update.

I tried to use the recovery DVD and it is now stuck in the cd/dvd drive. I still get those lights as mentioned before.

The laptop was purchased in Feb of 2010. Need some help with this please. Not sure what to do to fix this issue. If someone out there knows of a fix or way to correct this issue, please let me know.

Your laptop is giving you a diagnostic code telling you what is wrong.
Have you been able to find out what that code means in the Dell/Alienware forums?
