All system sound is going trough my microphone

So recently i've experienced this problem with my headset (or pc) that all sound goes trough my mic crystal clear and if i am in like Discord all of my mates can hear every single thing that i do , which is annoying and makes voice chats unusable.


Specs:
Amd Ryzen 1600
8 gb ram corsair 2666 mhz
asus prime b350-plus
rx 470

Headset: Hyperx Cloud II

Things i tried to fix this:

I have unchecked listen to this device .

I have disabled stereo mix.

I have uninstalled my realtek audio drivers and installed them again.

I have tried using another pair of headphones and still i get this problem so i dont think it's the headphones problem.

I really need help ASAP

Another thing is that if i check the 'listen to this device' i get an echo loop which gets louder and louder the whole time -
