Alternatives to Sony vegas pro?

I am looking for an alternative to Sony Vegas Pro that follows this criteria:
Works for 32 bit
Able to use GPU to accelerate rendering
A whole array of tools and effects like Vegas does
No ludacrous requirements since I have a 1GB GDDR5 GPU and 3GB RAM

get latest versions if on windows 10.

Your ram is rather low, minimum 4gigs, decent is 8gigs.....12gigs is excellent.
