AM and PM letters appear in lower case instead of upper case

hello everyone
My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is displaying letters AM and PM in lower case as the title says i have noticed that after the device have returned from repairing as they reinstalled the software for me
I know I am really picky but this is driving me crazy right know

So is there is anything that I can do in this matter
PLEASE HELP ME

You should be able to change it in "Settings" then "Date & Time" and make sure the phone is set to the right region.

I am assuming, of course, that you are talking about how the clock is showing them.

I am talking about the clock in the notification bar at the top right corner
I want my am and om letters to be shown as the this image

yes I did the only options are the the clock time, the time zone and the style(24 HOUR format or 12 HOUR format)

I have seen post talking that the LOWERCASE am and pm are British while their UPPERCASE variants are the American

So I think this is related to the language of the device
(But I am not sure)

That is why I mentioned setting it to the right 'region', as if they were in a different one when they worked on the device, then they would have had to set it to theirs to do the testing. Then the tech probably forgot to set it back to yours.

Yes that was the problem
When the tech did that clean installation of the software he chose the language as English UK
not English US

I was confused because in your first reply you told me ro check the date and time settings so I didn't search in the language settings
