Amazon prime video stopped working

Super frustrating! I have been watching Amazon prime video for a while but now when I try to login I get a message that says “unexpected error occurred during sign in. Please try again”. I have completed the software update. I have unplugged everything and plug it back in and I still get the same message. Please help!

It’s my Samsung Smart Tv. I can access all other apps (Netflix and Hulu). I watched several episodes and then it logged me out and now it will not log back on.
