Solved! Amazon wont load on Vizio Smart TV

We have two smart Vizio TV's and I recently purchased Amazon Prime and Showtime. Both TV's were working fine, this morning the tv I was watching last night will not load Amazon. Just circles on the upper right corner. Everything works fine, you tube, Netflix. etc. I have unplugged tv and modem both, nothing. Any answers. Strange everything else works.

Does the other TV work OK with Amazon?
If not then the problem could be at their end not yours.
