AMD Radeon 8850M

i bought dell inspiron 3537 with AMD Radeon HD 8850M and i see that her speed is 575 - 725 (Boost) MHz ( and mine is 625 mhz all the time) how to do that boost to be 725 ?? because same thing with procesor Core i7 4th Gen 1.8 Ghz turbo to 3 ghz and it is when i play games .. but my grafic is 625 mhz all the time... can some1 help me? plus i download the latest driver (2015 ) from dell site beccause that new omega catalist driver change the name in r9 200x series something like that...

Edit: sorry, about that....please ignore that, I apparently hit CTRL-V in the wrong window.

Which is weird, because I had a bunch of stuff actually typed out. To recap it, download CoreTemp to check your CPU temps, & MSI Afterburner to check your GPU temps, because it looks like your GPU is getting throttled...which usually happens at high temps.

the CPU temp is Core # 0 min 40c max 76c and Core #1 min 40c max 75c GPU memory clock 625 all the time memory usage 1000 GPU temp minim 0c maxim 66c bost go to 725 and 1125 mhz.... that is the problem and btw the room temp when i really want to play is like 10c ( it is in the basemant) and the lap top is like 2 months old....

and yeah i cant use afterburn to overclock it the colum is max on 625 and 1000... i everywhere i read about the graphick car said Core Speed * 575 - 725 (Boost) MHz http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-8850M.87118.0.html
