Hi,
I have had a problem with my graphics, 1 week ago i was picking up my laptop while turned on and a blue screen error appeared, the computer rebooted and the blue screen appeard again. The blue screen error was related to the atikmdag.sys file. i searched and appears that this was a problem with my amd graphic card. i unisntalled and reinstalled the drivers, i updated the drivers, i formated the hdd 2 times, i tried running the graphic card both in fixed mode and dynamic mode changed in the bios menu. I then updated the pc from windows 7 to windows 10 to try to see if the problem was some win7 update. At this moment it appears to only run cpu and nothing of the gpu, when i enter the session it appears an error saying that the drives aren't, installed when i try to update the drives it says that i have the latest drives, sometimes shows in the properties the error 43 other times shows the error 52. i cant connect external monitors, something that i was used to. After i reinstalled the win 7 the second time i was able to run the dual graphics perfectly once but then i was almost forced to do the updates of the windows and in the reboot the blue screen error appeared again.
My computer:
HP pavilion g6 with AMD A6-3420M APU with AMD Radeon HD 6520G + AMD Radeon HD 7450M
Windows 10 64x
Hdd 500gb, 6gb of ram
Do you have any ideia of i could i save the computer
Thank you very much for the help.
Best regards
