AMD radeon HD 7670m vs Nvidia GeForce GT 525m

I have AMD radeon HD 7670m 1gb and my friend has nvidia geforce 525m 1gb and how come his laptop performs better than mine? + We have same CPUs and i have 6gb of ram and he has 4gb.

Anyone have an idea, why?
