Amd sempron 140 unlocking second core problem PLEase look at this

hey guys some problem here with the unlock amd sempron 140..first i sucessfully unlock the second core but when i restart my computer it turned back to single core..but the assesment rating wasn't change..but when i look at cpu-z it tells me that its a single core...is there something here that i can do to make it dual core again??

My suspicion is that the Sempron's 2nd core was disabled because it was defective. So, you machine re-boots after a fail and re-sets itself.
