amp/dac combo's ?

Hi guys I bought a sennheizer game zero headset for gaming and music.
And I've only got the on board sounds card ( alc1150 with audio amplification ) to run them.
Now seeing as these headphones have a 150♎impedance I don't believe I'm getting the full experience from them.
So I was wondering if I need both an amp and dac or just an amp to get them running properly?
And your suggestions as to which ones I should get with a budget of $100-200

An ASUS Xonar essence STX is the best value in that price range. It's an AMP and DAC, just make sure you have the right slot in your computer. If you were willing to spend a bit more, the O2 + ODAC would be better.

There's also the Schiit Stack (modi + mangi). About as good as the xonar but without surround sound and other features.
