Amp Has Two Sets of Speaker Terminals. Connecting 2 pairs of speakers?

I have a Marantz PM6006 Stereo amplifier.
On the back it has two sets of speaker terminals;

In the manual and on the back it states that A+B speaker configuration has to be within 8-16 ohm.
I have a pair of Dali Zensor 1s which are 6 Ohm.
I'm completely new to the whole speaker and amp world and not quite sure of how it works.
Would it be possible to connect another pair of Zensor 1s or would it be detrimental?

How does the calculation work for A+B speakers using two terminals?

That receiver will not safely drive 2 pairs of 6 ohms speakers. Speakers need to be 8 ohms are higher so that when you use two pairs in parallel the impedance stays above 4 ohms. Calculate as this link.

You can get around this by adding a speaker selector with impedance matching to protect the receiver. This inserts resistors to raise the impedance.

The calculations are as follows.
In series: A+B
In parallel: 1/((1/A)+(1/B))

So,your speakers are already only 6 ohms while the amp prefers something between 4 and 8 ohms. In all cases, these amps with multiple speaker jacks put the speakers in parallel. I've never seen nor heard of any exception.
It's a highly educated guess, but I think the manual is telling you never to reduce the load below 4 ohms. Wiring 2 sets of 8 ohm speakers will provide the amp with a 4 ohm load. Which brings me to your answer. Adding any speakers that are less than 12 ohms to your amplifier along with your current speakers could damage it. It will run hot and maybe shut down before the heat damages it (and maybe not).
