Solved! Amplified antenna feeding an amplifier

We live about 40-50 miles from tv broadcast towers in Dallas, so we recently got a long range multi-directional HDTV, flat plate antenna. It comes with an in line amplifier, but still doesn't get great reception, so I bought a Channel Master Model 3043 Distribution Amplifier with Dual outputs. I hooked the flat plate signal output into the CM amp and now get very good reception.
Could this setup damage something?

We use over the air TV, and just recently bought a flat plate antenna - multi-directional long range HDTV indoor antenna for our flat screen in the living room.
The antenna comes with an amplifier, which is user selectable. you can use it or not.
I have the amplified output feeding into a Channel Master Model 3043 distribution amplifier, and then going to the TV. The reception is good for most of the low channels (2-12) and quite a few of the upper ones (13 -68). The channel Master amplifier gives (I think) better signal amplification (22dB) then the amplifier that comes with the flat plate antenna (Not marked).

Is this recommended, or could it be harmful to the amplifier of the antenna?
We live about 50 miles from Dallas so the amplifier is necessary.

You should be fine, Channel Master makes excellent gear.
