This is the problem with capitalism, you can't trust ANYONE. Buying a new phone while it's a second handed one is unacceptable, that's for sure. The porn however, seriously, is there anyone who hasn't seen porn before? Aren't there regulatory bodies that watch out for the consumers to protect them from unscrupulous business practices i.e. "Bait and Switch" where in this case a supposedly "new" item was in fact used? I thought this sort of business practice was supposed to be illegal.
