First

What about the company that lied and said the phone had not been owned previously!!!

This is the problem with capitalism, you can't trust ANYONE. YES I said it damn it, you can't trust anyone, theoretically the "Free market" with the "invisible hand" should clear this 3rd party retailer out, of course that won't happen and them along with other will continue to sell cell phones.

Buying a new phone while it's a second handed one is unacceptable, that's for sure. The porn however, seriously, is there anyone who hasn't seen porn before? And would a few seconds of porn be worse for a kid than all the violence they see on tv all day long? Religion indeed seems to be a problem here :)

what do you think iphones detect p0rn video? haha too advance for iphone platform..!-)

android its the best mobile OS BY FAR and shame on Mr.Jobs that instead of searching for ways to make his OS better searching for ways to embarrass the antagonism...

Poor Steve...you forget that android is base on Linux kernel that have been compiling by hackers and the open source community...

"Steve Jobs didn't know how right he was."

That's utter crap. Someone with an iPhone could put pornographic videos on their phone quite easily.

She was upset about the what-ifs? What if it had a game with blood and gore from the previous owner? What if it had an anti-Semitic theme from a previous owner? What if it had an offensive ring tone from the previous owner?

Yeah - you got a used phone. It's that plain and simple. It has nothing to do with Android.

Steve Jobs once told a consumer, "Folks who want porn can buy an Android phone."

Aren't there regulatory bodies that watch out for the consumers to protect them from unscrupulous business practices i.e. "Bait and Switch" where in this case a supposedly "new" item was in fact used? I thought this sort of business practice was supposed to be illegal.

Wow talk about value added bonus! Where did you get it from?

...but if the movies and TV series are cam captures, and the porn is gay porn... then in that case, never mind. I'm happy with a new hdd that only has 0's on the disk

"I'm so, so embarrassed, you couldn't imagine … I mean for you to be going through your phone and you have friends and you're going through your phone and all of a sudden porn shows up. I mean so, so upset," Lee told Click on Detroit.

--- So that's why I do not give my phone to a third person in the first place and in 21st century porn... ? It's such a trivial thing. Who cares? :D

Sorry Steve, what you should have said was "if you don't want porn, don't buy a data plan." Any phone that can open up a webpage can see some tits.
