I'm thinking about purchasing a GoPro Hero4 Black for an upcoming vacation (and many vacations after it). I'm planning on using it primarily for underwater footage, with the occasional non-underwater shot. Anyway, what type of equipment should I get to accompany it? I've read about different filters for color correction, different mounts, different video settings, etc... And does anyone know what settings would be best suited for underwater? I'll be in the Caribbean, so it should be rather clear and blue, and I won't be going any deeper than 15-20ft. Would a red filter be worth investing in? I'm fairly technologically savvy, but rather ignorant when it comes to photography. Any advice or beginner tips would be great. Thank you!

A shallow red filter will be great for 20 ft to 60 ft. Made a big difference in my video.. Also get a stick to put it on, with this you can get closer to the action. I just had to buy a new computer to process the video, expense I was not planning on. Good luck
