I've read that with the right software it can decode pretty much almost any
satellite in North America!?

Anyone had any experience with this card, please share!

There is a 100 km speed limit yet they sell you the car that can go 200km.
You are missing the point dear Gary, the question was not about legality or
steeling rather it was about whether this card can decode or not!

Okay, no they cannot, they can olny get FTA channels. If you want to
get the pay channels you have to contact the providers to see what
solutions they offer.
