Hello there.

So I have a few home-recorded videos of sentimental value I would like to keep, but they are choppy to the point that they're impossible to watch. It's pretty much like this: Start video>picture freezes for 2 secs>continues for 1 sec>picture freezes for 2 secs>continues for 2 secs>picture freezes for 1 sec and so on. Sound isn't choppy, only the video. They are in FLV format, I tried converting just for fun and it made no difference.

I have a pretty powerful gaming rig so no hardware issues; it's the recording. The camera has no problems recording on low resolution and fps but as soon as I go up on the settings, videos get choppy like that.

Any software out there to "even out" the freezes and make the video fluid? Some help would be very much appreciated!

To elaborate a little on my machine:

i7-3820, ASUS Radeon HD 7970, ASUS Sabertooth X79, Intel 520 Series 180GB, 2x Corsair XMS3 1866MHz Vengeance 8GB

SUPER sounds like something I should try, thank you. Will post after whatever results I get with this!
