Any ways to use Headphones as Headset or Microphone

Hi, I brought a new Hottech Bluetooth Stereo Headphone ( 40mm dynamic type ). The Manual says it can be used as a Headset (Headphones having a microphone, not exactly )as well. But I don't know how it can be used as a Headset. I have already tried downloading SmartAudio to change my headphone type but it doesn't work. I need an alternative for a microphone. Please help me.

Do these headphones have a microphone? Do they come with two audio cables (or single four-pole audio cable), or are they USB?
Downloading software won't help unless you're connected over USB.
