AOL account was hacked

I woke up this morning to check my email on my phone. It said my password had been changed but I didnt think much of it. Later I went and saw that my recovery email, phone number and password had been changed. I deleted everything that was added and changed my password.

for some reason I only have emails from before November. i don't have anything from December or January. This is a pretty big issue because im in the middle of making my college decision and wanna make sure that i have everything.

Contsct the colleges you applied for directly. I could be wrong but i thought acceptance or rejection letters are still done through snail mail.

most do but some of my colleges sent some login info for their websites but I think its fine. I was mostly worried because if you dont have certain materials in they will send you a email and that would be a problem if I didn't know. I've got accepted to my main schools so its not a huge deal.
