apps in SD Card problem in Galaxy Core 2 SM-G355H

I resently purchased a Samsung mobile Galaxy Core 2 ,Model number SM-G355H.
I used a 8 GB Sandisk memory card and it works fine. I upgrade a 32GB (Ultra speed) Sandisk memory card and install some apps in Sd Card which works fine. But when I reboot, some apps in memory card are not working and these icons seems very deem gray color.

Some hardware problem is all it takes to make your phone worthless and with less storage, phone is always under some or other wrath. Using Cyanogen enabled phone with custom ROM can solve this problem as it gives options of swtiching the storage and vice versa.
