Are there any tvs on the market with an internal center speaker that will let you adjust the volume of that speaker. I lost 15

I don't think there are any flat screens with that option.
The center dialogue speaker is very important so using the usual horrible internal TV speakers doesn't work well.
It also is important that the center match the other front speakers.

Bottom line is, TV built-in speakers are crap. If you want better sound, you gotta spend more$$.
