Aspire 4349 Display Problem

Hi.
I have an Aspire 4349 notebook thas shows black screen when I turn it on.
It doesn't show nothing. Then I put an external monitor, and it shows the image perfectly.
With the external monitor connected, after a while, it starts to show the image on the external monitor and on the notebook screen.
I did the BIOS update on the ACER site, but its the same factory version.
And sometimes, the notebook screen works perfectly, I restart, shutdown, everything works fine. Then, suddenly, when I'll turn it on, it doesn't work anymore.
With external monitor, it always shows the image. Problem is the notebook screen, that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work.
Somebody could help me, please?

Sounds like you might have a backlight issue going on there.

Hi Popatim. Thanks for help. The laptop screen turns on, but doesn't show nothing, it doesn't have a dark image, it doesn't show nothing, but can see that the screen is turned on. Do you think that can be the LED that sometimes work and sometimes doesn't?

Try shining a flashlight into it. See if there is the windows desktop visible with it.
