Aspire 4738g ram problem

My laptop spec;

i3 370M 2.40ghz
4GB DDR3 1333 mhz (2x 2GB)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Recently, i planned to install 1x 4GB 1333mhz to my laptop. But when i install the 4gb, the windws wont boot. I can enter the bios. Then i bring my laptop to laptop specialist. They also dont know what happen. When 2gb 1333mhz were installed, it runs perfectly. But when 4gb installed, the windws wont boot. My laptop can support up to 8gb.

So, the techncian told me, it might be the bios, or the laptop is not original. Now only 4gb installed. So i make my own opinion, i chcked the processor details. It support 800/1066 of ram speed. So do you think this processor limit my laptop to use 4gb 1333mhz? I haven't try 4gb 1066mhz yet.

Yup. Already tried. Even wth only 4gb installed, the windows wont boot. Even changing the ram brands give no success. Sometimes bsod appear, smthing like'irql...less_or_equal'..so for now, the only solution is just add 2GB..but i want to max its ram to 8gb because i use wndws 7 64bit and i use my laptop to run photoshop and mny more.

So how do i solve this problem?
