My assurance wireless phone dropped service suddenly last night at midnight. No calls or texts go through and my data doesnt work anymore. I thought it was just a wire issue that would be fixed by restarting the phone but it didnt work. When someone tires to call me it sends them to voicemail and my phone doesnt ring.
Any suggestions as to what i can do to try and remedy this?
I've never had a complete drop like this before.
I called customer service and they tried to restart service remotely and it didnt work. They also stated theres nothing going on in my area that would cause this and my sister has the same service and her is working.
