ASUS 550L new battery error to load

ASUS 550L put in new battery, was directed to Aptio Setup Utility, as per directions went to

Security > Secure Boot menu and then Secure Boot Control then disabled

Also, under Boot menu > Launch CSM I enabled

Saved all changes and rebooted.

I tried various key suggestions FN,F4, F6, F8 etc and I still got referred to this message:

“Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key

I would go into the BIOS and look at the boot order and make sure it is correct.

Unfortunately the hard drive is fried with this one
