Asus A6km - video and processor upgrade

I have a asus a6km and i would like to know if is possible upgrade the nvidia go 7300 for a better model(7600/800) and the processor (mt-32) for a mt-40. In the Asus website i don´t find anything about upgrade.

Every Asus model I know of has the video card embedded (it can't be upgraded) 🙁
