Asus G501 Lag Spike

Hi guys I am new here.I have a problem with my laptop which it lag spike frequently when I am gaming on it. Most of the game does include League of Legends, CS:GO, Unturned and many more. I have been sent back this laptop to the service center few times but no luck ,problem still happen.I also have post a thread on Asus ROG forum but still no solution.I have a video on youtube about my lag spike I hope it may help.

The lag spike happen in the beginning of the video.

Plus,I noticed that when Unturned lag spike happen ,CPU utilization drops in task manager.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once once, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http/www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do set Nvidia as the default GPU.

- If the same problem will persist, do a clean install of Windows.

Tried last time and this time still wont work.

Check what power mode the laptop is in, make sure its not on power saver.
