ASUS G75VW-NS72 vs G75VW-DS72

I ordered a ASUS G75VW-DS72 from xoticpc two weeks ago (no customizations) because the NS72 from newegg was deactivated. Now I'm considering cancelling my order with xotic pc to get it.

Other than the processor Im not sure there is any other difference between the two NS72 and DS72
I hear the 3720 runs hotter than the 3610 and it is bad though, is that true?

Also Im a little tired of waiting so long for my machine to ship from xotic... anyone know if the NS72 from newegg comes with the same manufacturer warranty as listed on xotic: http/promos.asus.com/US/event/ASUS360/index.html
Did anyone else buy the NS72 from newegg?

The ASUS G75VW-DS72 from xoticpc w/ i7-3720QM is the same as the NS72 now offered by Newegg. But currently the price on Newegg is $2100 and when I checked price for customized DS72 on xoticpc it was over $2300+.
Better to get the one from Newegg and used the money saved to buy an
extended warranty or use it to upgrade RAM to 32MB. I think both vendors
only provide basic warranty for 15 days? The primary 2yr warranty is handled
by Asus. And you can purchase extended warranty from vendors or from
Square Trade.
