Well there are actually a lot of incompatibility problems, but making you go back seems a bit of overkill. You might want to consider saving copies (or links to copies) of the Windows 7 versions of the keyboard driver(s) as well as the Synaptics driver(s). Then try installing 10 again. That is if it is 10 you want.
Try this...

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer (without reinstalling the driver).
3. When it restarts, it should reinstall the driver on its own.

If this doesn't work, you may wish to try connecting an external keyboard and see if it works fine. If it does, then it could be the keys themselves that are the issue.

Tried that. Didn't work. Contacted Asus support. Windows 10 incompatibility (I doubt it). Had me reset to original Windows 7. Took 3 hours but it worked. I'm up and running again. Painful but effective.
