Asus laptop power on but no display or anything

I hav Asus X200MA laptop...dual boot windows 8.1 + Ubuntu.
I got this problem ever since I enabled secure-boot in bios,
I already tried:
Hold power button for 60 secs methods
Removed CMOS battery
Power on without hdd, fan
keys combination Fn+F5, ESC,F2.... So it doesn't accept any key input

note:no beeps, POST
Ram surface mounted so I can't remove it

You said you removed the cmos battery, but did you try removing the laptop battery too?

I did, removed the battery and CMOS battery but didn't work
