the CPU and GPU temp is under 40c so its not over heating

re flash the bios using CMD /nodate
remove Cmos battery ,laptop battery press power button 30 sec , still no luck

any suggestions/solutions?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Did you apply a new thermal paste when you clean the fans? I would suggest changing the thermal compound on both the GPU and CPU that may help in solving the issue. After applying a new thermal paste, do install all important updates there is as well. Do also install the latest BIOS update there is from Asus Support site.

thanks for quick response
thermal compound still looks good to me , i checked the laptop temperature using speed fan system runs cool , i believe its not over heating
laptop is in latest bios version 209 , i already did re-flash it nothing happen , i wonder downgrading bios to old ver 208 my fix the problem or i might brick my lapy?
