ASUS Laptop stuck sometimes

I have ASUS Vivobook X407UF with windows 10 home installed on it. Sometimes it stuck. I don't know the trigger because it's randomly stuck. Sometimes when i open firefox or when i watch video or when i type in microsoft word.

But, when i'm on battery mode, i try to plug in the charger and the stuck is gone. It happen too when i'm on charging mode,i try to plug out it. And it goes normal again.

Any suggestions why this happen ?

In the first sight no one can't blame on hardware but you may need to do couple of things get an idea.

Scan the system with Malwarebyte
DISK Scan for errors.
Check whether all drivers are up to date.
OS installation.

1. I scan it and i don't find any virus, malware or anything else.
2. Yes. i've already do a disk scan. No error was found
3. All drivers was up to date. Windows update too.
4. This windows 10 is original from ASUS. i don't think that was the problem

btw i just bought this laptop 2 months ago. i don't think it was a hardware problem though.
any other suggestions ?

Was it there even at the time you bought it? or when it exactly occurred for the first time?
Have you install anything... there can be corrupted installation files causing the error
BTW have you asked ASUS about this? There should active warranty as it new..!?
