ASUS Laptop Windows 10 installation problem

I've recently bought an ASUS X556UQ laptop and tried to install windows 10 with USB drive. After some load, a blue screen appears with an error message "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". How to solve this problem and install the OS?

bad ram or bad disk. what os does it came with?
if it new contact asus or return to where you bought it

Well, I am able to operate Ubuntu's preview version (browsing is fine, everything works) so the problem is probably not with hardware. But I want to install win10, how to do it?

EDIT: external devices like wireless mouse are also fine with Ubuntu.

I also have this issue.. and really dunno what to do.
I get an error regarding MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
