Asus Notebook A42F Freeze on ASUS screen

For the last few days my Asus Notebook A42F Windows 7 Freeze on ASUS screen

No keys works
Any suggestion

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by disconnecting all other devices connected to your laptop. (USB drives, CD, printers and etc)
- Next is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and see if it would get pass the Asus screen.
- If these doesn't work try and reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly into each slot.
- And if these will not still work disconnect the HDD off the laptop and boot it up and see if it would get pass the Asus splash screen because if it does that means it's the HDD that is faulty.
- If it would still get stuck that means its the motherboard that is faulty.
