It has something of the Transformer to it, like the fact that the keyboard is permanently attached to it, but you can slide it underneath when not in use, as opposed to the Transformer, where the keyboard has to be detached from the tablet for that very same purpose. OTOH, the Transformer turns into a small notebook form-factor, where the keyboard acts like a screen protector. In this case, one will need an additional sleeve or something similar for that.
Another thing is the battery; in the Transformer's case, the keyboard offers an additional battery, for almost one day of use (provided one also sleeps for a few hours). Here, no mention of extra battery in the keyboard.
I guess it will have it's market, just like the Transformer. It's nice to have options.
I can't wait for Transformer 2; my Transformer will be gifted at that point.
