Solved! Asus Republic of gamers

I have very little experience with gaming computers. I do however want a laptop to play Star Wars The Old Republic and Elder Scrolls Skyrim with out any problems. I have been looking at the Asus Republic of gamers laptops, but not sure what is overkill and what would be the right buy. I would like to keep it under $1200 with at least a 17in LCD.


Any suggestions?<

G73JH is your best choice(Newegg offers it for $999 but it's refurbished)

dont buy a referbished laptop, but the best asus rog laptop for your price range (the screen size, either 15" or 17" is up to you).

I bought a G73 Refurbished from BestBuy for 849 dollars, but I'm in a bit of a dillema with the GPU right now...

I recommend getting an Asus ROG laptop, they're great...
I'd take Maziar's suggestion with the $999 G73...

There is only one problem worth noting, the touchpad, is a pain. It is very glitchy. I haven't searched in awhile for a solution for that problem, but I don't need one anyways, since I prefer using mice.
