ASUS ROG GL552J does not start

I installed the latest GeForce drivers for my 950M graphics card and when I closed the application, the laptop was not responding.

So I held the power button down to turn it off and now it is not turning on again ever since.

I tried the basic troubleshooting of removing the battery and charging cable and holding down the power key for 20 seconds a couple of time, but it still does not start.

I also tried reseating the RAM but the laptop doesn't seem to respond to anything.

The first light indicator with the bulb on it turns on but does not blink and also the power indicator led on the Power Button turns on. Also, the indicator for the battery also works when I plug in the charger. Apart from this there is no life in the laptop.

No response often means a failed motherboard. I think you'll need to have it looked at by a tech, or by Asus, to determine if it's something that can be repaired. If not, the board will need to be replaced altogether.
