Hello
my asus laptop is tuck in a automatic repair. I have done the reset on it and I received a message stating that there was a problem with the reset and was not able to do it.
Sometimes the loop is broken if you switch off and take the battery and mains power out for ten minutes or so. It might come back in a better frame of mind but if it doesn't, you might need a Windows DVD.
OK, so now we need to know why you thought you needed to do that so we can help you put things right. Maybe a simple System Restore to an earlier date can fix things.
I don't know why it got stuck in repair mode. I was like that before I tried to restore it to factory settings. That is the only option it gives me but I keep getting that error
